Who we are

This website is run by Luxury Africa Technology Center Ltd (LATC), Kicukiro District, Kigali, Rwanda. Contact: info@latcltd.rw.

Visit counting

We count visits to understand how many people find LATC and which pages help them. We use two kinds of tools:

A visit counter without cookies counts every visit (page, approximate country, device type and the site you came from) without identifying you.
An analytics service runs with cookies switched off by default and receives only anonymous signals. Only if you choose "OK" on the visit-counting notice does it use cookies, so we can see more detail such as which buttons were used and how long a visit lasted. It never tells us who you are. If you choose "No thanks", cookies stay off.

Your settings on this device

Your chosen language, light or dark theme and visit-counting answer are saved only in your own browser so the site remembers them. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

When you contact us

If you write to us by WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn, we receive the details you send (for example your name, phone number and business) and use them only to reply to you and, if you asked for early access, to tell you when LATC Flow Suite launches. We do not sell your information.

Where your information is kept

We use trusted service providers to host this website and to count visits. Some of them keep information in other countries, outside Rwanda. Information is transferred outside Rwanda only as Rwanda's law on the protection of personal data and privacy allows, and only the information needed for the service is shared.

Your rights

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or object to its use, in line with Rwanda's Law N° 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy. Write to our Data Protection Officer, Mukunzi Ombeni Jean Bosco, at info@latcltd.rw. We answer as quickly as we can.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to Rwanda's data protection authority, the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA).
